Grace Elizabeth Moore

FREDERICA - Grace Elizabeth Moore passed away on Wed., July 8, 2015 at Milford Center. Mrs. Moore was born in Harrington on September 22, 1926, daughter of the late Herman Holleger and Ethel Lindale Holleger. She worked at L.D. Caulk prior to retirement. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Frederica and the United Methodist Women. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin L. Moore; daughter, Kathleen Tootel; brother, Lester Holleger; sister, Mildred McGrady; and granddaughter, Jennifer Pitts. She is survived by a daughter, Sharon Pitts and husband, David of West Chester, Pa.; one sister, Ethel Coverdale, of Frederica; four grandchildren, Tanya Hahn, Heather Parker, Nathan and Kevin Pitts; and one great-grandchild, Landon Hahn. Funeral services will be Tues., July 14, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of Berry-Short Funeral Home, 119 NW Front Street, Milford, where friends may call one hour before for a viewing. Interment will be in Barrett's Chapel Cemetery, Frederica. In lieu of flowers the family request donations to Trinity United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 4 Frederica, DE 19946.
