FRANKFORD - George Raymond Hudson, 62, died Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2011, at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury, Md. He was born in Roxana and was the son of the late Raymond H. and Hilda B. (Long) Hudson. He retired from the U.S. Coast Guard after 23 years of service. He was a member of Sound United Methodist Church in Williamsville, the American Legion and the Chief Petty Officers Association. He is survived by his wife, Sandra K. Hudson of Frankford; two daughters, Kaye Lynn Hudson of Salisbury, Md. and Lisa M. Hudson of Dover; two sisters, Velma Hudson of Frankford, and June Truitt of Selbyville, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 2 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 8, 2011, at Hastings Funeral Home in Selbyville, with Pastor Clifton Toomey officiating. Friends may call an hour before the service.
