MILTON - Gail M. Willey, of Milton, passed away on Sunday, April 22, 2012, at Harrison Senior Living in Georgetown. She was 68. Mrs. Willey was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. The daughter of the late Karl and Margaret (Richter) Lindahl. Mrs. Willey was a sales associate for Walmart in Milford for 10 years. Mrs. Willey is past President of the American Legion Post #17 Ladies Aux. in Lewes, The Nimble Fingers Club and was a volunteer for Delaware Hospice and the Milton Senior Center. She enjoyed doing crafts was an avid reader but volunteering was everything to her. Mrs. Willey is survived by her loving husband of 11 years, Leroy Willey; two daughters, Deborah Pulitano, and Donna Manchin, both of New York; and a grandson, Stephen Manchin of New York. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 24, 2012, in the chapel of Short Funeral Services, 416 Federal Street, Milton, where friends may call after 3 p.m. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to the American Cancer Society P.O. Box 163 Salisbury Md. 21803-0163.
