Dec. 16, 1955 – Dec. 1, 2018. Gail H. Tolbert passed away on Dec. 1, 2018. Born in Philadelphia, Pa., the daughter of Ernest and Bertha Tolbert.
She is survived by her children, Shani Brown-Williams, Joseph Lee Brown, Jr. and Shakeeta A. Carter-Carroll; her grandchildren, DaJour Brown, Marcus Williams, Zhanae Brown and Tahlia Williams; her siblings, Ernest Jr., Arlene, Michelle, Rochelle Barrett (Howard), Beverly, Gwendolyn Fox (Haywood Jr.) and Dolores Tolbert.
Viewing Sunday, Dec. 9, 2018 from 10 a.m. until time of Service 11 a.m. at Pippin Funeral Home, Wyoming.
