Gaetano M. Anobile

FELTON - Gaetano M. Anobile died Mar. 7, 2016, at his residence after a lengthy illness.
Born in New York, N.Y., he was the son of the late Michael and Angeline (Romeo) Anobile.
Mr. Anobile had served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1964 until 1970 and was a Vietnam War Veteran. He had previously been employed as a type-setter with U.S. News Magazine and had been retired due to illness. His faith was important to him and he was a member of Christ Episcopal Church in Dover.
He was a dedicated and loving husband, father and grandfather who will be remembered by those who knew and loved him. He leaves his loving wife, Margaret L. Anobile, of Felton; along with his four children, Jonathan M. Anobile and wife, Christine, of Hillsborough, N.J., Cynthia M. Lowe and husband, Jason, of Atlanta, Ga., Pamela Diiorio and husband, Marco, of Orlando, Fla., and Joann McAdam, of Harrison, N.Y. Also survived by nine grandchildren, Frederick A. King, Jade Lowe, Julian G. Anobile and Aurielia M. Anobile, Nicole and Tommy McAdam, Marina, Jessica and Gianna Diiorio.
Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation at the Funeral Home of Michael J. Ambruso, 1175 S. State St., Dover, on Saturday, Mar. 11, 2017, starting at 11 a.m. Services will follow at 1 p.m. in Christ Episcopal Church, State and Waters Sts., Dover. Burial will follow in Christ Church Cemetery.
