LEIPSIC - Frank E. Teal of Leipsic passed away on January 18, 2015 at Bayhealth in Dover. Frank was born September 1, 1959 to the late Margaret A. Bass. Frank Teal is survived by his brothers, Bill Berry, John Berry, Bob Berry; and sister, Deborah Berry; sister-in-law, Judy Berry. Also survived by his step-father, Calvin C. Bass. Survived by nephews, Steven Berry, John Jr., and Bill Jr.; nieces, Amanda Ortman, Ashley, Katylin, Emily; and friends, Leonard, Bug and Terry Dietrich, Jeanne, Bubba, Tom; and those that knew and loved Frank Teal. Frank Teal, whom everyone called Eddie, was so loving to everyone. Frank Teal was always a happy person, he loved to talk to anyone who listened. He could make anyone laugh. Frank loved coloring, shopping, swimming. He loved life itself. Frank made the world a brighter place if you knew him. He saw the world with his hands, not his eyes. He loved taking rides in cars, know matter where he'd go. Frank loved clothes and holding onto money. He love to help other just to do something. Frank Teal was truly amazing. He touched everyone he know in his life. He was very special to know. With Franks passing, he will be truly missed. We all loved him. Anyone who ever knew Frank Teal would feel the same way. When Frank loved you, only could you love him back. He touched all who came into his life.
