LAUREL - Francis William Kelley, Jr. age 67 of Laurel, died Saturday Nov. 19, 2011 in Delaware Hospice Center Milford. Born in Cambridge, Md. the son of the late Anna Jean Keene and Francis W. Kelley, Sr. He was a garment cutter for Fed Sportswear in Federalsburg, Md. before retiring. He was a member of Christ Evangelistic Church in Laurel. He is survived by his wife, Joyce Ann Bunting Kelley; a son, Martin D. Kelley of Texas; a step son, Robert J. Mitchell of Laurel; and a daughter, Joyce Ann Kelley of Massachusetts. Also surviving are two step grandchildren and four step great-grandchildren. Services will be 2 p.m., Friday, Nov. 25, 2011 at Christ Evangelistic Church Camp Road Laurel, Delaware where friends may call from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. prior the services. Rev. Roland E. Tice will officiate. Burial will be in Carey's cemetery Millsboro, Delaware. Arrangements by Watson-Yates Funeral Home Seaford, Delaware.
