CAMDEN - Frances Liz Smith, of Camden, passed away, Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2014, in her daughters home, surrounded by her loving family. She was 75. Frances was born July 3, 1939 in Warrior Mines, West Virginia, to the late, Clarence & Fannie (Dumfford) Hughes. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James E. Smith, and several brothers and sisters. Frances is survived by her children, Lula(Sue) Murphy & her husband, James, with whom she resided, Sandra Moore & husband, Dave Lewis, of Marydel, Del., Ralph Smith of Cheswold, and Jamie Smith, of Willow Grove; a brother June Hughes of Coalwood, West Virginia; ten grandchildren & 6 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 1, 2014, in Seaver Funeral Home, 1507 North Walker St., Princeton, W.Va., where family and friends may view from 12 noon-2 p.m. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Princeton,W.Va.
