OCEAN VIEW - Frances E. Winward, 71, of Ocean View, died Sunday, March 27, 2011. She is survived by her husband, Frederick B. Winward; a son, Freddie Winward and his wife Patti; two granddaughters, Sarah Elizabeth and Haley Marie Winward; a sister-in-law, Theresa Longobardi; a niece, Donna Marie Mallet and her husband Chris. A funeral service will be held at noon on Sat., April 2, 2011, at the Ocean View Chapel of Melson Funeral Services, 38040 Muddy Neck Rd., Ocean View, where friends and family may call after 11 a.m. Interment will be private.
