Foster F. Tucker, 88

SMYRNA - Foster F. Tucker, of Smyrna, passed away Thursday, March 19, 2009. He was 88. He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Irene; five children, Victoria Harper and her husband Stanley, of Elkton, Irene Jones and her husband William, of Townsend, Patricia Moore and her husband Ronald, of Cheswald, Don Tucker and his wife Paula, of Dover, and Pam Tucker and her companion Michael Manning, of Blackbird; 34 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. on Tuesday at Daniels & Hutchison Funeral Home LLC, 212 N. Broad St., Middletown, where family and friends may visit Monday evening from 6 to 8 pm. Burial with military honors will be in Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Bear.
