Steve was a member of the Roby United Methodist Church in Leipsic, as well as a member of the Delaware Choral Society. He found great joy in cheering on his children and then his grandchildren in their scholastic, sporting, and musical endeavors. He had a great wit and sense of humor and was also a man of faith. He enjoyed travel, music, attending concerts, Broadway and touring musicals, reading, watching his favorite stories and movies, video gaming, model railroading, and classic cars. Steve also liked to expand musically, learning new instruments, and playing tunes with his wife, Mollie.
