Estella Freeman 'Marcie' Mast, 74
FELTON - Estella Freeman "Marcie" Mast of Felton passed away Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2008, in her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was 74.
Marcie was born March 16, 1933, in Leipsic, daughter of the late James and Estella (Killen) Marshall.
She worked for the state of Delaware for 27 1/2 years, retiring in 1991, and later enjoyed life as a homemaker.
Marcie was a member of Calvary Assembly of God, Dover, where she also worked for five years.
She also was a member of the Modern Maturity Center, Dover.
Marcie adored her new son-in-law, Robert Pritchett, and enjoyed being around him at home.
She loved red and yellow roses.
Marcie also loved to go fishing, crabbing, and being outdoors and in the bright sunshine.
She loved her grandchildren and her nieces and nephews.
Marcie enjoyed reading the Bible and she loved the Lord and was a good Christian woman.
She also enjoyed playing the piano and singing in church and was a member of the choir.
Marcie will be dearly missed.
She was preceded in death by two husbands, William H. Russum and Woodall H. Freeman; two sons, William T. Russum and Tony C. Russum; three sisters, Beatrice Turax, Violet Bailey and Ida Plesenton; and a brother, Harry Killen.
She is survived by her husband, Lawrence Mast; two daughters, Ida Mae "Susie" Pritchett and her husband Robert of Felton, with whom she lived, and Mary Lou Poliseno and her husband Tony of Hartly; three brothers, Everett Marshall of Smyrna, and Henry Marshall and Frank Marshall, both of Leipsic; two sisters, Mary Rice of Dover and Alice Brown of Felton; five grandchildren, William Sokol, Tony McClain, Jesse McClain, Danny Poliseno and Danielle Poliseno; and one great-grandson, Thomas Sokol.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday in the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming.
Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at the Calvary Assembly of God Church, Del. 10, Dover.
Burial will be in Mt. Olive Cemetery, Sandtown.
