Emma L. Poore, 63 SMYRNA - Emma L. Poore of Smyrna, Delaware, passed away Monday May 3, 2010 in Bayhealth/Kent General Hospital. She was 63. Mrs. Poore was born July 8, 1946, the daughter of the late Mitchell and Elizabeth Reed Poore. She was a production worker for Hanover Foods in Clayton for 21 years before retirement. Mrs. Poore enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, reading and going to the slots. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Mitchell and Noble Poore; and a sister, Ethel Morris. She is survived by two sons, Don Duhadaway and his wife, Andrea Marth of Holden, Mass., and Kevin Duhadaway of Smyrna; a daughter, Robin Duhadaway and her partner, Elizabeth Barnhart of Smyrna; three sisters, Lucille McMillan of Port Deposit, Md., Ann Myers of Elkton, Md., and Linda Snow of Smyrna; and her grandchildren, Sarah Sanchez, Mark Harris, II, Corey and Michael McMillan and Zachary Ess. Services will be 2 p.m., Friday, May 7, in the Faries Funeral Chapel, 29 South Main Street, Smyrna, where friends may call one hour prior to the services. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery Smyrna.
