Emily Louise Wagner

DOVER - Emily Louise Wagner, age 64, of Felton, passed away at Bayhealth-Kent General Hospital, Dover, on Aug. 31, 2010. She was born on May 19, 1946, in Baltimore, Md., to the late Franklin and Frances Stahler. Emily was the office manager of the family run business, N.J. Wagner & Sons and was actively involved in the church and incessary prayer group for many years. She taught bible study, woman's ministry and traveled to Albania on five separate occasions as a missionary through the church where she encouraged, listened and prayed for the people of Albania. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and loved spending time with her family and friends. She will be deeply missed. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, and grandson, Logan Wagner. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Norman John "Jack" Wagner; her three sons, Kenny Wagner and his wife Tracy, Matthew Wagner and his wife Becki, Christopher Wagner and his wife Missy; and a daughter, Julie Caynor and her husband Michael, all of Felton; eight grandchildren, Ashley Wagner, Steven Wagner, Bradley Caynor, Lauren Caynor, Brittany Wagner, Ryan Wagner, Lily Wagner, and Cameron Wagner. Services will be 1 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 4, 2010, at Calvary Assembly of God, 1141 E. Lebanon Road, Dover, DE 19901, where family and friends may call at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Barratt's Chapel Cemetery, Frederica. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to Delaware Hospice, 911 S. DuPont Highway, Dover, DE 19901; and/or Calvary Assembly of God Missionary c/o Albania Missionary, 1141 E.
