Eloise Darrell, 82
Eloise Darrell of Dover died Sunday, Jan. 21, 2007, in Bayhealth-Kent General Hospital, Dover. She was 82.
Mrs. Darrell was born April 9, 1924, in Harrington, daughter of the late Arlie and Elsie Bright.
She worked as a health care aide.
Mrs. Darrell enjoyed shopping and was an avid reader. She especially enjoyed doing her needle crafts and sharing them with family and friends. She will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Darrell; a sister, Lottie Ann Green; and a great-grandson.
She is survived by her children and their spouses, James and Mary Darrell of Smyrna, G. Jean and Charles Kane of Dover, Anita and John Lloyd of Felton, Rose Ann and Phil Hall of Roseburg, Ore., Betty Lord of Dover and Eloise and Frank Plummer of Houston; two brothers, Reynolds Bright and his wife, Nola of Milford and Wayne Bright of Harrington; 19 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
Memorial services will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in Cheswold Fire Hall.
Burial will be private in Glenwood Cemetery.
Arrangements by Pippin Funeral Home, Wyoming.
