MILFORD - Ellis W. N. "Reds" Geise, Jr. passed away, Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2015 at Bayhealth at Milford Memorial Hospital. He was born in Trenton, N.J., the son of the late Ellis W.N. Geise, Sr. and Glayds (MacDougal) Geise. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was a truck driver for T.I.E. in Milford for 38 years. He also owned and operated Hillside Flower Shop in Milton for several years. He was a member of the Corner Stone Church, Milford V.F.W., Milford Elks #2401, American Legion Post # 20, and the Harrington Moose Lodge. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Marian (Mills) Geise, three children, Neil Geise and wife Linda, Kenny Geise and Gail Ann Reynolds all of Milford; several grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Monday, Oct. 12, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Berry-Short Funeral Home, 119 NW Front St., Milford, where friends may call after 12:00 noon. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to: Lincoln Cornerstone Church, "Food Pantry Fund", c/o Joyce Macklin, 8517 Cedar Creek Road, Lincoln, Del. 19960.
