MILLSBORO - E. Marian Riner departed this earth on Feb. 14, 2013. She was born on Oct. 30, 1928 in Farmersville, Ohio to the late Lester Marion and Elsie Summers Stebbins. She was the youngest of six girls and was the last surviving sibling. She was a devoted wife and mother who lived life to the fullest. A funeral service and Celebration of Her Life will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 17, 2013, where friends may call two hours prior for visitation. Pastor Earl Baker will officiate.
