KENNET SQUARE, Pa. - E. Jane Erek Briner of Kennett Square, formerly of Dover, Del., passed away Monday, Oct. 1, 2007, in Chester County Hospital, West Chester. She was 83.
Born in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late William and Gertrude (Dill) Stanaway.
Mrs. Briner was a member of Christ Episcopal Church, Dover.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband of 42 years, Thomas A. Erek, in 1988; and her second husband of eight years, Charles William Briner, in 1999.
She is survived by a son, Stephen P. Erek and his wife Becky of Fort Myers, Fla; a daughter, Donna Erek Moe and her husband Malcolm of Kennett Square; and one granddaughter, Heather Erek of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
Service and interment will be private.
Contributions may be made in Mrs. Briner"s memory to the Alzheimer"s Association, Delaware Chapter, 2306 Kirkwood Highway, Wilmington, DE 19805.
