E. James Monihan, 72

LEWES - E. James Monihan, 72, of Lewes, son of E. James and Eleanor Monihan, passed away Saturday, July 18, 2009, at the Beebe Medical Center, Lewes. He is survived by his loving wife, Jan Monihan; daughter, Mary Monihan; son, Dr. Michael Monihan and his wife Kim; and two grandchildren, Gabriella Samuel and Phillip Monihan. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Friday, July 24, at St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church, 152 Tulip Dr, Lewes. A visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, July 23, at the chapel of Melson Funeral Services, 32013 Long Neck Rd, Millsboro. The family is requesting no flowers, please make a donation in Jim's memory to the dedicated members of the Lewes Fire Dept., 347 Savannah Rd, Lewes, DE 19958.
