Dr. Charles (Bud) Allen, age 92, of Dover passed away under the loving care of DE Hospice on August 25, 2024. He was born in Patterson, N. J. on March 7, 1932, the son of Myron and Helen (Convery). Practicing internal medicine from 1961 until 1997 and then volunteering at the Hope Clinic, he was passionate about the care of his patients.
