MAGNOLIA - Doyle Allan Wootten, 53, of Magnolia, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2011, at his home. He was born on November 28, 1957, in Dover, to Doyle and Clementine Pratt Wootten. Doyle worked at Capitol Cleaners, Reichold Chemical, and Stufferd Chemical in Delaware City. He graduated from Caesar Rodney High School in 1976. He enjoyed exercise and sports, baseball, running, swimming, and was an avid reader. He was preceded in death by his father, Doyle Frederick Wootten. He is survived by his mother, Clementine Wootten of Magnolia; son, Jerod Wootten McMonnies of Dover; daughter, Lorraine Clark of Dover; brother and his wife, Dean F. and Tina Wootten of Felton; grandchildren, Mariah and Ace Clark; companion, Maria Hanson, all of Dover. Remembrance services will be 1 p.m., Monday, Feb. 21, 2011, at Trader Funeral Home in Dover. Burial will be at the Barratts Chapel Cemetery in Frederica. Friends may call Monday, Feb. 21, 2011, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Trader Funeral Home in Dover.
