Dorothy Y. Foraker
Dorothy Y. Foraker passed away Wednesday, July 21, 2021. Born in Oakland, California, she was the daughter of the late Edgar Pennington Young and Dorothy S. Young.
Dorothy was employed by the Diamond State Telephone Company in Wilmington and Dover. She also worked at Dover Downs Raceway, and Bayhealth Medical Center.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray R. Foraker; son, Michael Raymond Foraker; and brothers, Edgar Young and Paul Young.
She is survived by a daughter, Cheryl Lee Gatts of Dover; a sister, Ruth Lake of Melbourne, Fla.; and grandson, Colton Gatts of Magnolia, Del.
As per Dorothy's request, there will be no funeral services.
