Dora lost her battle to lung cancer at her home in Florida on Saturday, November, 20, 2021. Dora was native to Delaware.
Daughter of Elsie Foraker and Walter Sheats.
She is survived by her loving husband, George T. Coleman; her three beautiful children, George Coleman Jr., Shirley Steeves, and Earl Coleman; their spouses, Dallas Fremont, Gerald Steeves, and Tina Coleman. She left behind a lineage of four grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and six great great grandchildren. Her siblings, David Sheats and Helen Smith.
Dora worked at Playtex Apparel for 31 years. After retirement she started a new career as the best cafeteria lady in Smyrna school district. She was also known for her specialty cakes. Dora was loved by many friends and co-workers. She was an amazing human. Dora gave her best in every part of her life. She is missed immensely and never forgotten. We love you, Your Biggest Fans!
