ROCK HALL, Md. - Donna Mae Kramer of Rock Hall, died Friday, Nov. 26, 2010, at the Chester River Hospital Center in Chestertown. She was 69. Donna M. Kramer was born Oct. 3, 1941, in Wilmington, Del., the daughter of the late Henry Alphin and Betty "Brown" Alphin. Mrs. Kramer attended high school in Brooke Haven, PA. and then moved to the Eastern Shore in 1963. She worked at Campbell Soup for several years and then went to work for Chester River Manor, formerly Magnolia Hall, where she worked as a nurse's aide and unit clerk and retired after 20 years in 2003. She married Philip Boulter on August 21, 1999. Donna was known to many by her CB handle "Rambling Rose". She loved talking on the CB, shooting pool, crocheting, sewing and collecting anything that related to cows. Donna always told you how she felt and everyone knew where they stood with her. She is survived by her husband of 11 years, Philip L. Boulter of Rock Hall; three sons, Robert Ingledue and wife Tammy of Rock Hall, James Joiner of Rock Hall, Dennis Joiner of Baltimore; seven grandchildren, Jacque Ingledue and fiancé Andrew Franklin, Jennifer Ingledue, Robert Ingledue Jr., Megan Ingledue, Candace Joiner, Kayley Joiner, James Joiner Jr.; one great-grandchild, Taylor A. Franklin; and two step-children, Roy Boulter and Kim Roach. A visitation will be held Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2010, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Fellows, Helfenbein and Newnam Funeral Home 130 Speer Rd. Chestertown. Services will be held Thursday, Dec. 2, 2010, at 11 a.m. also at the funeral home. Interment will be held in Wesley Chapel Cemetery in Rock Hall, following the service.
