DOVER - Dolores D. Kolakowski passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2017. Dolores was a registered pharmacist.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Thomas Kolakowski of Dover; sons, Thomas (Bernadette) Kolakowski Jr. of Dover, John (Donna) Kolakowski of Lewes, and Andrew (Kelly) Kolakowski of Clayton; a daughter, Jennifer (Kenneth) Zalewski of Taylor Mill, Ky.; 15 grandchildren; and a brother, Edward Deptula of Millsboro.
Dolores was predeceased by her daughter, Julie.
Mass of Christian Burial will be offered in St. Hedwig Church, Linden & S. Harrison Sts., Wilmington, DE at 10:30 am on Friday, May 12, 2017. Burial will follow in All Saints Cemetery. Visitation for Dolores will be held in church starting at 9:30 am.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to St. Hedwig Church, 408 S. Harrison Street, Wilmington, DE 19805.
