Due to weather conditions, services for Debra L. Mitchell originally scheduled for Sat., Jan. 23, 2016 have been postponed to Mon., Jan. 25, 2016. Times and location remain the same. LINCOLN - Debra L. Mitchell passed away on Thursday, Jan. 14, 2016 at Bayhealth @ Milford Memorial Hospital. She was born in Milford, Del., the daughter of Phyllis (Parkhurst) Wyatt and the late Frederick Mitchell. For the past 30 years she worked in banking, in the customer service department and as an accountant, most recently with M&T Bank. She enjoyed reading and was a loving mother and grandmother. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Stacy Clark and brother, Dickie Mitchell. She is survived by her children, Dawn Wilson and Richard Clark, all of Lincoln; brother, David Mitchell of Ellendale; six grandchildren, Derrick Wilson, Jr., Deven Wilson, Richard Clark, Jr, Paige Clark, Taylor Connell and Brandon Connell; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. A time of visitation will be held Mon., Jan. 25, 2016 from 12 noon until 2 p.m. in the chapel of Short Funeral Services, 416 Federal St., Milton. Funeral services will be held immediately after; at 2 p.m. Interment will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Milton.
