Deborah Nau McGuire KENNEDYVILLE, Md. - Deborah Nau McGuire, 46, of Kennedyville, died Saturday, Aug. 2, 2008, in Hospice of Queen Anne's, Centreville. Mrs. McGuire was born Feb. 19, 1962, daughter of Elizabeth Amrein Nau of Kennedyville and the late Charles Nau Sr. She was raised in Harford County and at the age of 4 moved to Kennedyville. She was a 1980 graduate of Kent County High School. Mrs. McGuire helped her husband in the daily operations of their dairy and grain farm, McGuire Brothers–Sycamore Farm. Before her marriage in 1996 she worked for her brother, Kenny Nau, driving a milk truck. She loved decorating her home and yard. Along with her mother, she is survived by her husband of 12 years, Timothy McGuire; three children, Colleen Rebecca "Becky" McGuire, Timothy Shawn McGuire Jr. and Lee Allen Hass; four siblings, Charles "Chas" Nau Jr., Linda Miller and Kenneth Nau, all of Kennedyville, and Bruce Nau of Bedford, Pa.; and two granddaughters, Autumn Rayne and Alleeah Skii Haas. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the Galena Funeral Home of Stephen L. Schaech, 118 W. Cross St. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in Kennedyville United Methodist Church. Burial will be in I.U. Cemetery, Worton. Memorials may be offered to Kennedyville U.M. Church, P.O. Box 32, Kennedyville, MD 21645; or Kent County Relay for Life, P.O. Box 1001, Chestertown, MD 21620.
