DOVER - Darryl L. Kaay passed away on Sept. 7, 2018.A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Thursday Sept. 13, 2018 at the First Baptist Church of Cheswold, 291 Rose Bowl Lane, Dover, DE 19904. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist with expenses.
