HARRINGTON - Daniel "Glenn" Davidson passed away Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2011, in Milford Memorial Hospital. He was 72. Glenn was born on July 4, 1939, in Milford, son of the late Clarence and Murtel (Hall) Davidson. He had worked as a barber and enjoyed playing the guitar and was fond of old cars, especially Ford. He also was an avid NASCAR fan. Glenn was preceded in death by three brothers, Hall Davidson, Gene Davidson, and Johnny Davidson; and a sister, Grace Waller. He is survived by his wife of three years, Phyllis Davidson; a son, Dan Brown; and grandson, Dan Brown Jr.; a brother, Phil Davidson; three sisters, Mary Jo Stowell, Martha Weaver, and Janice Davidson; and an extended family of stepchildren, George Boyles Jr., Jeff Boyles, Matthew Boyles, Rob Boyles, Holly Heverin and Niel Boyles; 15 step-grandchildren, eight step-great-grandchildren. A gathering of remembrance of Glenn will be 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 8, at the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the funeral home to help with expenses.
