HARRINGTON - Daniel Corbin Kenton, Sr., 78, of Harrington passed away at Bayhealth Milford Memorial on Thursday, Feb. 23, 2012. He was born in Magnolia, to parents James and Mary Kenton. Mr. Kenton served in the US Air Force; During his work career, he was a truck driver for Hi-Grade in Harrington. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Homer Gene Kenton. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Marie Margaret Kenton; two sons, Daniel Kenton, Jr. and his wife Teresa of Harrington and Robert Kenton and his wife Beverly of Felton; three daughters, Rose Kibler and her husband Tony of Milford, Susan Stone and her husband Eddie of Vernon and Linda Wise and her husband Eric of Henderson, Md.; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; one sister, Barbara of Mass., his mother in law, Catherine C. Marker of Harrington; and a niece, Margaret K. Marker of Harrington. Services will be private. Family suggest memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Arrangements by Price Funeral Home, Harrington.
