GREENWOOD - Dale E. Elliott passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2018 at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital in Seaford. Dale was the son of the late William, Sr. and Mary Elliott. He was a Harness Horseman Driver in the United States Trotting Association.
Leaving to mourn his loss are his children, one son, Ryan Elliott; and and one daughter, Anna Elliott; six siblings and their mates: William, Jr. (Joan) Elliott of Seaford, Rhea Jester (Cat Sleva) of Wharton, Md., Deborah (Allen) Spencer of Lakeland, Fla., Shawn Elliott ( Karen Myer) of Felton, Scott Elliott of Bridgeville and Virginia Williams of Greenwood; and a friend, Betsy McIntosh of Dover.
