WILMINGTON - Cynthia R. Hines, of Wilmington, passed away on June 8, 2011, at Hillside Nursing Home in Wilmington. Born on Dec. 22, 1959, she was the daughter of Paul and Rhoda Hines. She was 51. Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Thursday, June 16, 2011, at Bennie Smith Funeral Home, 717 W. Division Street, Dover, where friends may call two hours prior to the service.
