Constance Virginia Livesay (Dempsey) passed away on Friday, February 19, 2021. Constance was born on August 2, 1953 to Clarence and Fanny Dempsey in Wilmington, Delaware.
In addition to her parents; Constance was preceded in death by her husband, William H. Livesay.
Constance is survived by daughter, Kimberly McCoy of New Castle; son, Michael McCoy of Newport News, Va.; brothers, Robert (Elizabeth), William (Abby) and Phillip (Beverly) Dempsey; and grandchildren, Andrew, Chelcie, Savannah, Aiden and Dylan.
Constance loved photography and enjoyed taking hundreds of photographs, particularly wildlife, over the years. She loved nature and beach getaways with her best friend, Pam.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Helen F. Graham Cancer Center.
