CAMDEN - Claudette Bergmann passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2014 in her home surrounded by her loving family. She was a member of the 12th Virginia, Civil War Reenactment Group. "Mandame Claudette" was known for making uniforms and dresses for civil war reenactments. She is survived by her husband, Arthur Bergmann; and his two daughters, Barbara Stallman, Virginia Machette; and two sons, Richard Machette and Jeffery Bergmann; grandchildren, Edward Hale, Derrick Serrano, Benjamin Jacobowitz, Danielle Jacobowitz and Gabrielle Elliot; and great-granddaughter, Brooke Hale.
