FRANKFORD - On Friday Oct. 10, 2014, Clarence Handy went to sleep in death at his home. Clarence was cared for by his loving wife, Lois for many years. A service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 18, 2014, at the Kingdom Hall, 406 Swamp Road, Dagsboro, DE 19939. Letters of condolence may be emailed via www.watsonfh.com
