Clarence Collins Jr.

GREENWOOD - Clarence "Bee" Collins Jr. passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2018 at the Delaware Veteran's Home in Milford.
He was born on Feb. 18, 1920 in Milton, to the late Clarence Sr. and Mary Gooner Collins.
Bee graduated from Greenwood High School, class of 1938. In 1941 he enlisted in the U.S. Army serving four years. After the military he went to work at the A.I. DuPont plant in Seaford, retiring in 1979 after 33 years. He was a lifelong resident of Greenwood.
He was a member of the American Legion Post #6 in Seaford.
Bee enjoyed fishing, hunting, and being around hunting dogs.
He is survived by a sister, Betty Gast of Seaford; two nephews, Joe Gast of Salisbury, Md. and Mike Gast of Dover; and a niece, Debbie Goulian of Kinnelon, N.J.
A graveside service with military honors will be held on Thursday, Nov. 29, 2018, at 11 a.m., at St. Johnstown Cemetery in Greenwood.
Donation may be made in his honor to Delaware Veteran's Home, in Milford.
