DOVER - Charles A. "Sonny" Dill Jr. of Dover passed away Friday, Jan. 11, 2008, in Christiana Care-Christiana Hospital, Newark. He was 24.
He was born March 7, 1983, in Dover, to Charles Sr. and Alice (Wingate) Dill.
He enjoyed fishing and was an avid bowler.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Mary and Theodore Wingate; and his paternal grandfather, Charles A. Dill.
He is survived by father and mother, Charles and Alice Dill of Dover; brother and his fiance, Chris Dill and Summer Fitzhugh of Dover; brother and his fiance, Richard Dill and Jodi Spencer of Hunlock, Pa.; nephew, Brenden Dill; nephews, Nathan and Brooke Spencer; paternal grandparent, Fay Streeter of Sarasota, Fla.; and paternal grandparents, Diane and Greg Johnson of Rehoboth Beach.
Memorial services will be 7:30 p.m. Thursday in Trader Funeral Home, Dover, where friends may call at 6 p.m.
Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
Memorial contributions are being accepted at Trader Funeral Home, 12 Lotus St., Dover, DE 19901.
