CLAYTON - Charles A. Agan, Sr., age 82 of Clayton, passed away on September 21, 2014. He retired from the USAF after over 20 years of service to his country and also retired from Getty Oil. He is survived by his wife, Diane; his daughter, Sandy Dukes and her husband Neal; two sons, Chuck Agan, Jr. and Cheryl and Robbie Agan and his wife Lois; three grandchildren, Jennifer Marsh, Ryan Agan and Allison Agan; one great grandson, Liam; two sisters, Vivian Willerson and Arylas Drake; three step-children, George F. Bell, Jr. and his wife Mary, Marjorie M. Cavender and her husband Paul and Pamela D. Keiser and her husband Gary; nine step-grandchildren; three step-great grandchildren; and other extended family members. A viewing will be 10:30 a.m., Monday, September 29, 2014 in the Faries Funeral Chapel, located at 29 S. Main St. in Smyrna. Funeral services will begin at 11:30 a.m. Interment with full military honors will follow at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Bear. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to Delaware Hospice, 911 South DuPont Highway, Dover, DE 19904. Condolences may be sent by visiting www.fariesfuneralhome.com.
