TOWNSEND - Cecil A. Loney, 83, of Townsend, passed away Feb. 3, 2011. He was well respected in the horse racing circuit. Cecil is survived by his wife, Helen; eight children, Wayne, Debbie, Wendy, Allen, Frank, Kim, Heath, and Scott; 21 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, three sisters, a very dear friend, John Mooney and many good friends. Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 8, at Daniels & Hutchison Funeral Home LLC, 212 N. Broad Street, Middletown, where friends may visit with his family from noon to 1 p.m. Interment will follow in Gracelawn Memorial Park, New Castle.
