MILLSBORO - Catherine Marchman of Millsboro, formerly of Chester, Pa., passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Friday, Sept. 28, 2007, at her son"s home in Massey"s Landing. She was 86.
Mrs. Marchman was born on Nov. 5, 1920, daughter of the late Peter and Anna (Antonia) Pazuk.
Mrs. Marchman was a devoted homemaker who enjoyed gardening and going to the slots.
She also loved watching and feeding the animals in her backyard.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Harry Marchman, in 1999.
She is survived by two sons, Harry Marchman Jr. of Millsboro, and Joseph Marchman of Massey"s Landing.
A graveside service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday in Lawn Croft Cemetery, 1000 W. Ridge Road, Linwood, Pa.
Instead of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions in Catherine"s name to Vitas Innovative Hospice Care, 100 Commerce Drive, Suite 302, Newark, DE 19713.
