HARRINGTON - Caroline Eleanor Beyer passed away, Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at home.
Caroline was born April 11, 1944, in Camden, New Jersey to the late William J. Brown and Julia E. Matlack Brown. She had attended N. Bowers School, then moved to Frederica School district graduating from CR High School. Caroline had started studying Behavioral Sciences and then went on for her Master of Divinity from Wesley Seminary in Washington, DC.
She was a Methodist Pastor in the Peninsula Conference and had served several churches including Trinity U.M. Church in Harrington, as Church Charge and the Magnolia, Leipsic, and Little Creek U.M. Church's also as a Church Charge.
In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her husband, David A. Beyer; daughter, Vicky Lynn Walker; sister, Julia Ward; and brother, Joseph G.T. Brown, Sr.
She is survived by her children, Andrew William Beyer of Harrington, Carrie Lee Reirden and her husband David of Bunker Hill, W.Va., and Daniel Elmer Beyer and his wife Shauna of Harrington; grandchildren, Dustin, Bryan, Nicole, Harley, David, Shannon, Daniel, Travis, Benjamin, Zachary, Brock, Jordan, Christian, Tiffany, Bethany; and fifteen great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 12 p.m., Wednesday, February 23, 2022, at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (RT.10), Dover. Friends may call Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m. and 11 a.m. Wednesday morning. Interment will be at Barratt's Chapel Cemetery, Frederica.
