Carol S. Haney

ELLENDALE - Carol S. Haney passed away suddenly on Friday, Jan. 26, 2018 at Milford Memorial Hospital, Bayhealth Medical Center.
Carol was born in Crown, W.Va. the daughter of Walter Jerman and the late Ruth (Pugh) Jerman. Carol worked in the motel industry for many years. She loved going to the Harrington Slots, and enjoyed cooking. But most important to Carol was being a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Joseph W. Haney, Sr. in 2015; and a son, Joseph W. Haney, Jr. in 2006.
She is survived by her children, Sue A. Hollenbeck and her husband Ed, Herbert McIntire, Timothy McIntire, Tina Craft, Mary Haney, Allen McIntire and Walter McIntire; her father, Walter Jerman; her brother, Jerry Jerman; 14 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and two great-great-granddaughters.
Friends may call from 12 to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 3, 2018 at the Lofland Funeral Home, 102 Lakeview Avenue, Milford where a time of sharing will be held at 1 p.m. Graveside services will follow in Old Paths Church of Christ Cemetery, Redden Road and Rt. 113, Georgetown.
