LINCOLN - On October 14, 2021, Calvin Michael Campbell, Sr. peacefully passed away while surrounded by his loved ones. He was born on September 15, 1951 in Milford, Del. to the late William and Bernice Campbell.

After college, he graduated from the Delaware State Police Academy and went into law enforcement.
