Bonnie L. (Belton) Dobraski, 58
GREENWOOD - Bonnie L. (Belton) Dobraski of Greenwood, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 17, 2007, in Bayhealth-Milford Memorial Hospital, Milford. She was 58.
Mrs. Dobraski was born Oct. 20, 1948, in Chester, Pa. the daughter of the late Thomas A. Belton and Dorothy Breeding Leggs of Greenwood.
She graduated from Greenwood High School and Sussex County Vocational Technical School in 1966 as a licensed cosmetologist.
Although that was no longer her profession, she continued to do hair for all family members that wanted her help.
Mrs. Dobraski worked in local sewing factories for a period of time, then for L.D Caulk Co., retiring in 1988.
She loved her Lord Jesus and worshipped at Crossroads Community Church in Bridgeville.
Mrs. Dobraski was excited about the future construction of a new church building so that many more people would be able to attend services together.
She was an accomplished needle worker, crocheting, knitting, sewing, and crafts, making all sorts of items for family and friends.
Mrs. Dobraski was deeply devoted to her family and one of her greatest pleasures was spending time with them, especially her children and grandchildren, also her beloved Bubba Cat.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a sister, Sandy Andrews.
In addition to her mother, Dorothy and her husband, Elmer Leggs Jr., she is survived by her husband of 19 years, Robert E. Dobraski of Greenwood; two sons, Amos Noble Callaway IV and his wife, Kara, and Vance Everett Callaway and his fiancée, Jennifer Barnes, both of Bridgeville; one stepdaughter, Lisa and her husband, Buzz Thornley; six grandchildren, Amber, A. Noble, V (AC), Brock, Nicholas, Caleb and Kayla; two step-grandsons, Andrew and Aaron; one sister, Charlotte Fleischauer; one "heart sister", Elizabeth (Betty) Maddox, both of Greenwood; and nieces and nephews.
Celebration of Life service will be held 2 p.m. on Friday in Fleischauer Funeral Home, 48 W. Market St., Greenwood.
Interment will be in Hollywood Cemetery, Harrington.
Instead of flowers, donations may be sent to Crossroads Community Church Building Fund, 18414 Sandhill Road, Georgetown.
