Blanche Lottie (Wilson) Davis, 81

SUDLERSVILLE, Md. - Blanche Lottie (Wilson) Davis of Sudlersville died Tuesday, April 17, 2007, in her daughter"s home in Sudlersville. She was 81.

She was born Aug. 20, 1925, in Ingelside, daughter of the late Joseph and Blanche (Johnson) Wilson.

Mrs. Davis worked as a teacher for Queen Anne"s County Schools.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lester N. Davis in 1994.

She is survived by three daughters, Sheila Davis of Sudlersville, Leslie Davis of Sudlersville and Doreen Manley of North Carolina; a sister, Susie Saunders of Barclay; two brothers, William Perry Wilson of Ridgely, and Leon Wilson of Dover; two grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday in Crossroad Christian Church, 4867 N. DuPont Highway, where friends may call one hour earlier.

Burial will be in St. Daniels United Methodist Cemetery, Barclay.

Instead of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Crossroad Christian Church Children"s Ministry, 4867 N. DuPont Highway, Dover, DE 19901

Arrangements by Fellows, Helfenbein and Newnam Funeral Home, 370 W. Cypress St., Millington.
