Betty J. McClain, 58

DOVER - Betty J. McClain of Dover died Sunday, Aug. 26, 2007, in Bayhealth-Kent General Hospital, Dover. She was 58.

Mrs. McClain was born Jan. 26, 1949, in Delair, N.J., to the late Samuel and Jane (Little) Moses.

Mrs. McClain retired in 1997 after 10 years as an administrative assistant for the media industry.

Her hobbies were her family, the kids, grandchildren and all her dear friends. She enjoyed being with them all, especially during the holidays and gatherings were she prepared the meals.

She will be missed by so many.

Mrs. McClain is survived by her three sons, Eric Alston of Dover, Keith McClain and Kevin McClain, both of Dover; her two daughters, Sonja McClain and Janie McClain, both of Camden, N.J.; three brothers, Jerome Moses, Freddie Moses and Norman Moses, all of Camden; two sisters, Rose Moses of Camden, and Myrtle Honey and her husband Nolan of Pennsauken, N.J.; and three grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
