FELTON - Barbara Myers-Liss (nee Bowman) passed away on Fri. Mar. 20, 2015 in the Bayhealth Kent General Hospital, Dover. Barbara was born & raised in Vineland where she remained a longtime resident prior to moving to Delaware in 1995. She was the daughter of the late Carolyn (Ingraham) & Paul G. Bowman and the wife of the late Robert Myers who died in 1991. Before retiring, Barbara was employed by Friendly's Restaurant in Vineland & Dover, DE for a total of 38 yrs. She attended the Capital Baptist Church, Dover. She enjoyed doing crafts and cake decorating. Her life revolved around her family. She is survived by her husband, Jack M. Liss; Six Children, Carol (James "Jake") Jacobs, Shirley (Bill) Peterson, Bobby (Sally) Myers, Nancy (Phil Ryan) Wardell, Paul (Susan) Myers, Holly (Tom) Parr; 13 grandchildren & 11 great-grandchildren; one sister, Joyce (Cordell) August; one brother, Donald Bowman; two step-children, Mark (Janet) Liss & David Liss; as well as several nieces & nephews. Relatives & friends will be received on Sat., Mar. 28, 2015 from 10:00 to 11:30 A.M. at the Pancoast Funeral Home, 676 S. Main Rd., Vineland, N.J. where her memorial service will be conducted at 11:30 A.M. Burial will be in the Sacred Heart R.C. Cemetery, Vineland, N.J.
