MILFORD - Barbara Lynne "Bobbi" Cheyney, 57, of Milford passed away Wednesday, May 14, 2014. Bobbi was born in Wilmington. The daughter of Edwina (Emery) Layton and the late Caesar Layton. She was a veteran of the U. S. Marine Corps. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her adored sister Lauren Copans and brother Peter Anthony Layton. She is survived by two daughters, Jennifer MacDougall and Kelley MacDougall, both of Florida; four grandchildren who she loved dearly, Andrew, Kaya, Madison and Logan; her mother, Edwina Emery Layton, of Milford; one brother, Caesar R. Layton and his wife Nitara, of Washington, D.C. A Celebration of Barbara's Life will be 2 p.m. on Friday, May 16, 2014 at the Lofland Funeral Home, 102 Lakeview Avenue, Milford.
