Barbara Ann VanSant, 90
DOVER, DE - Beloved Barbara Ann VanSant passed away on Friday, December 2, 2022. She lived 90 beautiful years on Earth.
Barbara was born on January 8, 1932 to the late Isaac and Mildred Smith. Barbara was an endearing and loyal wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend. As the matriarch of her family, she provided unwavering love and support to her family and community. She had the most compassionate spirit whose desire to care for others showed in all she did. She was a devote member of the People's Church of Christ for many years.
Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick Nicholls VanSant who passed away in 1991. She is survived by her four children, Lisa VanSant, Eric VanSant, Debra Woodruff & husband James Woodruff and Valerie Woodard & husband Duane Woodard. She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. A service for family and friends will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, December 10, 2022 at Pippin Funeral Home, 119 West Camden Wyoming Avenue, Wyoming, DE; where friends may call 1 hour prior.
