MILFORD, DE - Barbara A. "Bobbi" Pierson passed away on Saturday, May 13, 2023, at home. Bobbi was born in Chester, PA the daughter of the late Laverne D. and Frances (Cowan) Rambo.
She was a homemaker. She was a very social person, and was a member of the Red Hat Society, Mispillion Art League and weight watchers. She had a talent for interior decorating as well as an artistic talent with oil paintings. She liked being a secret Santa where she gave to the needy.
In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her husband, John T. "Jack" Pierson; and a daughter, Denise Pierson, who she spent Mother's Day with in Heaven.
She is survived by her son, John Pierson and his wife Margie; grandchildren, Holly Pierson, Brooke Mabry, and Jackie Pierson; great grandchildren, Zeke, River, Harper and Noah; two sisters, Diane Knowles and Peggy-Ann Mendenhall; stepchildren, Brooke Kauffman, Chelsea Elliott, and David Johnson; as well as several step grandchildren.
A viewing will be held from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at the Lofland Funeral Home, 102 Lakeview Avenue, Milford where services will be held at 6:00 PM. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, May 19, at Lawn Croft Cemetery, Linwood, PA.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to the Cerebral Palsy Foundation, 3 Columbus Circle, 15th Floor, New York, NY 10019.
